 E-Fellow | Christopher MattisonExpertise:publishing and heritage preservation. Previously in Hong Kong, Mr Mattison directed a cross-disciplinary project that developed a broad range of initiatives, including: a book series devoted to contemporary Hong Kong literature in English translation, Hong Kong's first university-based rooftop farm initiative, and a series of preservation workshops for the cultural heritage sector. |  E-Fellow | George WoodmanDirector of Teng Hoi Conservation Organization Major projects: "Green Tray Initiative" A system that can process food waste at the point of generation, thus enabling a distributed approach to the Hong Kong’s food waste problem that better utilizes existing resources.
